Rear View Mirror Adjustment
- Adjust the rearview mirror by slightly moving only the mirror portion of the assembly.
- If the rear visibility cannot be assured by moving the mirror, slide the rubber boot up, and loosen the upper hexagonal area and turn the stay by hand.
NOTE
- The upper hexagonal area (locknut) has left-hand threads.
- Tighten the upper hexagonal area (locknut).
Tightening Torque
- Lower Hexagonal Area: 30 N.m (3.1 kgf•m, 22 ft•lb)
- Upper Hexagonal Area: 18 (1.8 kgf•m, 13 ft•lb)

lf a torque wrench is not available, this item should be serviced by a Kawasaki dealer.
