2022 Subaru Outback Maintenance Tools

Maintenance Tools

Your vehicle is equipped with the following maintenance tools.

• Jack
• Jack handle
• Screwdriver
• Towing hook (eye bolt) (Outback/Subaru Outback Wilderness)
• Wheel nut wrench
• Torque wrench (Outback)

CAUTION
The torque wrench is designed to be used only when changing the position of the crossbar. Do not use the torque wrench in other cases. Otherwise, the torque wrench may be deformed.

NOTE
To use the jack handle, insert the jack handle into the hole of the wheel nut wrench

The maintenance tools are stored in the under-floor storage compartment. For the method to use the jack, refer to “Flat Tires” P462

Outback/Subaru Outback Wilderness

Type A

1. Under-floor storage compartment (Refer to “Under-Floor Storage Compartment” P325.)
2. Torque wrench for roof rails
3. Wheel nut wrench
4. Towing hook (eye bolt)
5. Jack
6. Jack handle
7. Screwdriver

The maintenance tools are stored in the under-floor storage compartment. For the method to use the jack, refer to “Flat Tires” P462

Type B

1. Torque wrench for roof rails (if equipped)
2. Wheel nut wrench
3. Jack
4. Jack handle
5. Towing hook (eye bolt)
6. Screwdriver
