Air purification*
- Air purification is used to improve the air quality in the passenger compartment before driving.
- It is only possible to activate air purification manually from the center display, but the function is also started automatically when preconditioning has finished.
- The function uses the ventilation system to blow fresh air into the passenger compartment and then circulates the air through the climate system’s passenger compartment air filter.
- The particulate matter (PM2.5) content can be monitored in the Air quality app during the air purification cycle.
Starting and stopping air purification
Air purification improves the air quality in the passenger compartment before driving. The function is activated in the center display.
- Open Climate view in the center display by swiping upwards in Home view.
- Tap Parking.
- Tap Start air purification to direct-start air purification.
NOTE
Air purification* starts automatically when preconditioning is completed.
