- Only persons up to 145 cm (4 feet 9 inches) in height may ride in the rear seat.
- Read through the section on child safety in the Manual for information on safe positioning of children in the rear seat.
Only children up to 125 cm (4 feet 1 inch) may ride in the rear seat in a child restraint.
Getting into and out of the rear seat
To get into or out of the rear seat:
- Unfasten the seat belt guide next to the head restraint and remove the seat belt from the belt guide.
- Press the button near the top of the front seat backrest to move the seat.
- Return the seat belt to the belt guide and close the belt guide.
The seat belt guide should be used at all times by each front seat passenger, so it is important to always return the seat belt to the guide.
