2022 Kawasaki Z900 RS Seats

Seats

The seat can be removed using the ignition key.

Seat Removal

Remove the seat lock cover.

A. Seat Lock Cover

• Insert the ignition key into the seat lock.
• Lift the rear part of the seat while turning the key clockwise.
• Remove the seat backward.
• Remove the ignition key.
• Install the seat lock cover.

Seat Installation

Insert the hook at the front part of the seat under the bracket.

• Insert the hooks of the seat into the guides of the frame.
• Insert the seat latch at the rear part of the seat into the latch hole of the frame.

• Push down the rear part of the seat until the lock clicks.
• Pull up the front and rear ends of the seat to make sure they are securely locked.
