Spark Plug Replacement

Carefully pull the spark plug cap from the spark plug.

NOTICE
When removing the spark plug cap, do not pull the lead. The lead could be broken off or damaged the wires inside.

Unscrew the spark plug using the spark plug wrench included in the supplied tool kit.

NOTE

• Spark plug installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
• lf a torque wrench is not available, this item should be serviced by an authorized Kawasaki dealer.
• Fit the plug cap securely onto the spark plug, and pull the cap lightly to make sure that it is properly installed.
• Check the high-tension lead is not damaged or correctly routed.
