Adjustable Ergonomic

To suit various riding positions, the handlebar holder position can be changed and the handlebar can be adjusted by turning the handlebar holders around (180°).

Handlebar Position Adjustment

  • Unlock the clamp of the number plate.
  • Remove the number plate mounting bolt.
  • Pull up the number plate to clear the projections and remove the number plate.

  • Remove the handlebar clamp bolts and clamp.
  • Check the handlebar for damage or cracks.
  • Pull up the handlebar assembly and move it aside.

Remove the handlebar holder nuts, washers, and handlebar holders.

Standard position in combination

  • Install the handlebar holders into the steering stem head with proper settings.
  • Replace the handlebar holder nuts with new ones.
  • Install the washers and the handlebar holder nuts loosely.
  • Put the handlebar on the handlebar holders.
  • Install the handlebar clamp with its chamfer side-facing rear.
  • Hand tighten the handlebar clamp bolts.
  • Tighten the handlebar holder nuts to the specified torque

Tightening Torque

  • Position the handlebar so that its punch mark with the edge of the left handlebar holder as shown.
  • Tighten the front handlebar clamp bolts first then the rear ones with the specified torque.

Tightening Torque _

  • Check the front brake for the proper brake effect, or no brake drag.
  • Reinstall the removed parts.
