Engine stop switch:
When the switch is in the RUN ( O ) position, the engine will operate. When the switch is in OFF position, the engine will not operate. This switch is intended primarily as a safety or emergency control, and it should normally remain in the RUN( O ) position.
NOTE
lf you stop your ATV by turning the engine stop switch OFF ( A ), be sure to turn the ignition switch OFF to prevent battery discharge.
Starter Switch:
To start the engine, press the starter switch, with the ignition switch ON (• ) and the engine stop switch at RUN( 0 )
